Hi, I'm Li.

“Hello world!”

I have an engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and am currently studying web development with App Academy in NYC. My favorite things to do are collecting stamps on my passport and learning new musical instruments.

Oil & Gas

As a reservoir engineer, I evaluate economics, forecast production, and spend a lot of time in Excel figuring out how much oil is still in the ground. I have also spent time in operations and drilling engineering as part of my training program. I'm familiar with a plethora of industry software; my training and certifications can be found on my LinkedIn.

I'm an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and an editor for the young professional's magazine. Here are some of my favorite articles I contributed to.

Projects / Coursework

I spend some of my free time learning new skills on sites like Coursera or building projects to practice what I've learned.
